Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using Relax Tool. By purchasing credits, activation or access, you agree to the policy below.
No Refund After Purchase
All purchases are final. No refund will be provided after purchase, activation, credit delivery or account usage.
Relax Tool Server-Side Support
Service support is provided when the issue is clearly from Relax Tool side, including verified Relax Tool server-side or panel-side problems only.
Third-Party Server Limitation
If the issue comes from Xiaomi main server, Realme main server, other brand main server, model-side restrictions or third-party authorisation server status, we cannot promise help, success or refund.
No Refund for User-Side Errors
No refund will be given for port error, wrong file, wrong firmware, wrong model, device disconnected during process, internet failure, PC shutdown, PC crash, cable issue, driver issue or other user-side mistakes.
Auth and Process Responsibility
If auth work fails due to unstable USB connection, wrong flash package, antivirus conflict, local system problem or interrupted running process, that responsibility stays on the user side.
Illegal Use Is Strictly Prohibited
Relax Tool must not be used for stolen phones, stolen-device unlocking, EMI default bypass, KG lock removal, MDM lock removal, enterprise lock bypass, school lock bypass, IMEI change, IMEI spoofing, serial number manipulation or any other illegal work without authorised permission.
Sanchar Saathi Check First
Technicians should first search the phone IMEI on the Sanchar Saathi government website, or any applicable official government or carrier database, to confirm the phone is not stolen, blocked or blacklisted before taking any service job.
ID and Job Record Collection
Technicians should collect customer ID, IMEI details, service notes, job card details and any required written permission before starting work. Hard copy or digital copy records should be kept safely.
Community and Public Posting
If you belong to any phone community, forum, Telegram group or public discussion channel, please contact us first before taking any public action. We want to discuss the matter personally before it is posted elsewhere.
Support Promise
We try to provide service support as quickly as possible, and verified Relax Tool side issues will be checked by our team or reseller network. Support does not mean refund, replacement or success guarantee in every case.
Professional Use Only
Relax Tool is made for technicians and informed users. You must understand the flashing, FRP, EDL, auth and repair process before using the service.
Authority Cooperation
If illegal activity, suspected theft, unauthorised access or unlawful device work is detected, Relax Tool may suspend service and hand over available account, purchase and usage records to resellers, authorised officers, cybercrime teams, police or other lawful authorities where required.
No Involvement in Illegal Work
Relax Tool is not involved in any illegal technician work, stolen-device handling, unlawful unlocking, IMEI change, IMEI spoofing, serial manipulation or unauthorised bypass service. Use of the platform for such activity is a direct violation of these terms.
